The Escapee is designed to fit only 2" hitch receivers. It is RV-Approved, it carries 2 bikes up to 80 lbs each (70 lbs on towable RVs) and features our External Tilt Handle — so you can tilt or fold the rack with bikes loaded, without reaching through greasy drivetrains or chainrings. Locking ratchet arms secure wheels without touching paint, the vertical anti-wobble system locks the rack to your vehicle, and improved wheel trays keep even 29 x 5.0 tires planted. Additional security is available through the Swagman Sentry, a hardened steel chain & U-lock that locks your bikes to a secure anchor welded to the drawbar. And when your adventures or family expand — Escapee Pro expands with you: add the Escapee Pro Add-On to carry 4 bikes up to 45 lbs each.
